How many students can attend a single class?
We allow up to 2 students ( your or old!) to attend classes of similar skill level in a one hour class, the only academy to offer this!
How does Billing work?
We process our payments via Stripe at the beginning of the month. Parents have the capability to set-up autopay to ensure payments and class schedules are uninterrupted! Stripe provides multiple options for acceptable payments. All this is done through our student portal.
How many subjects can be covered in 1 hour?
To ensure there is enough time for our instructors to a good understanding of material, 2 subjects can be covered over the course of a 1 hour lesson.
Do you offer a family discount?
Of Couse! We offer discounts based on the number of scheduled hours per week. We're more than happy to walk you through that process.
What can I expect during a trial class?
This is an opportunity for both the students and parents to determine compatibility with their prospective teachers. Teachers will review the submission forms and will start with assessing the students' current knowledge level such tajweed, current level of memorization, and any other interests the parents would like their children to learn. We encourage parents to have questions ready for our teachers to ensure all concerns are answers.
How do I join my class?
We leverage Zoom as our preferred meeting hosting site. In our student portal, one can view all calendar events and in each calendar event, there is a Zoom link for your session. In the event of disconnection, simply refer back to the link and your instructor will allow you back into the Zoom session.
Can I schedule 30 minute sessions?
Absolutely! We are totally aware that everyone has very busy schedules and lifestyles. With our 1 or 2 hour per week plans, we can divide a session into 2- 30 minute sessions based on your needs, or up to 4-30 minute sessions.
What happens if i can't make a class?
Life happens, we understand! Please reach out to your instructor and/or admin via the student portal to request a reschedule. Our team will work to reschedule your session at the earliest available opportunity. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to ensure our teachers receive advance notification and are able to better plan their day.
Can I pause my membership in the event of illness or travel?
Yes you can. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance and we can reschedule your classes. You will not be charged for classes that are not scheduled. We will work with you on a case by case basis.
